Eriksson Tile has been in business since 1989 and has grown each year, becoming one of the premier tile and stone contractors serving the Los Angeles and Ventura Counties. We have always sought out the best possible employees and provided a stable and safe working environment. Eriksson Tile is a non-union contractor, but we pay all of our employees current union wages. We also supply all our employees and their families with medical, dental, vision and chiropractic care benefits. Eriksson Tile has a 401-K retirement program for all our employees where the company contributes 3% of the employee’s total gross pay to a plan the employee controls with the ability to borrow from the fund for education, buying a home and more.
